Largest residential project in Gurgaon: Central Park II is spread over a 50 acre area and is the largest residential project in Gurgaon.
Greenery: about 50 acres of the 25 acre area is covered with greenery and is being done by The Green Architects of Thailand.
The USPs of our greenery: We have 20 acres of central landscaped greenery which is visible from two thirds of the apartments. We have 5 acres of greenery at the entrance.
