I booked 2 sites, 1500 and 2000 sq fts some time back in Ecity project by Novel Nest @Rs 690/Sq ft. I Have not yet registered it. Now, I would like to dispose off the sites as I do not have amount to register the sites in my name.

FYI..Developers are presently quoting Rs 940 per sq feet at this project. The project is having all the modern amenities like club, gym, swimming pool etc and is at one of the best locations from future investment prospective. After completion of elevated highway from silk board to EC and KHB colony coming up nearby.
